Sunset Lake Apartments at 8301 South 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.

When I first moved here I was excited and ready for a new start being I never stayed in the suburbs. I had read the good and a lot bad reviews not knowing I would be writing a bad review my dad past away I didn't pay October rent so I was evicted yes for one month rent which I cried didn't know what to do I was told by this company Park Management Victoria and her finance lady Ms. Holmes were very hard and have no understanding so that being said business is business and pay your rent on or before the 1st of the month its your business to go to work no time to grieve the lost of a love one mean company and you never speak to no one unprofessional

My Auntie Lolita Curry thrift stayed here and my cousin Latoya Woodberry and her husband Jerry before my Auntie and cousin passed away in 2016 and 2017 ..
I believe she moved here in 2014 ..I loved this area I stayed in Chicago and this place was the place I come relax and get away for a weekend..I love this area would rent here lbs ..

*BE AWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME* I give this place "ZERO STARS" but to do this review I had to give a star. If you can do better I would advise you not to move here. This is my first time experiencing a leasing office where the staff is behind glass and they are locked in. Think about that...protection from the tenants. I guess there is potential for danger. This place was my WORST experience as a renter. There was consistent running, jumping, and stomping above my head always sound like big foot lived over my head all the time. Come to find out some apartments don't have carpet but not sure if carpeting would have made a different because the floors cracked and squeaked with every movement.The hallway in my building smell and they even have cleaning peolpe once a week but that did not help with the smell. Sometimes I would smell marijuana when I enter the building and I mean the smell was very anointing and embarrassing. The washer machines were always broken and no signs to let you know before you lose your money. Sometimes the entrance door would not open from the outside and inside wish was very anointing. Once I moved in my apartment had a very STRONG smell of dead rodents. I had roaches too. Management sucked.
